Welcome to the 2012 FMA Charlie Awards Online Submission Module. The FMA has created this online submission procedure to help augment Award submissions, and to make submissions easier and less costly to submit. All submissions, online or via postal mail are entered into the same system and given equal weight in judging.

Entry Requirements
Competition is restricted to
FMA member publications
that have produced at
least three issues between
May 2011 and April 2012.
If your company or organization
is not an FMA member,
please submit a separate
check for dues, along with
your payment for entries.
Dues information can be
found on the membership
application.
Only those entries published
between May 2011 and
April 2012 are eligible for
competition.
If there are fewer than five entries for any Entry Category’s division, the FMA reserves the right to either combine the entries with another division or cancel the category and refund the entrants.
In general, many Entry Categories are subdivided into:
Association
Trade/Technical
Consumer less than 20,000 circulation
Consumer 20,000-50,000 circulation
Consumer over 50,000 circulation
A discount is given for entries submitted prior to March 17, 2012 11:59pm PST
All online entries must be submitted and paid for by April 13, 2012, 11:59pm PST. Entries must be packaged
as directed and should
include payment, registration
form (including postal or publishing
statement for consumer
magazines) and a separate
entry form for each entry.

Please have these items prepared BEFORE you begin this submission process.
All consumer magazines must include a copy of their latest published postal
statement, publisher’s statement or statement of ownership.
EACH different Publication Title must have a different Account Number created in this system.
You will need the files for uploading readily available on the computer system you are using. Click Here for detailed descriptions of what files you'll need in each award category.
You will need the Title, Volume, Issue Number, Author/Designer, listing for each submission
You will need payment information in the form of a Visa, MasterCard, or Amex.
